By creating an account or using Nile Studio, you agree to follow applicable laws and these draft rules as updated over time.

Nile Studio is a platform that connects buyers with independent artisans and studios. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders for their products once commercial policies are fully enabled.

Nile Studio does not manufacture the goods listed by studios.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.

Authentication may use email and password or approved social sign-in providers. Nile Studio may suspend accounts that violate trust and safety rules.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Only approved, published, and eligible products may be purchased.

Orders preserve item snapshots and keep order, payment, refund, shipment, and settlement statuses separate when those systems are active.

Buyers may cancel an order while it remains pending payment. Other cancellation, return, refund, delivery fee, commission, and settlement rules are to be confirmed and published when approved.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent applications or listings, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

Seller listings and studio content must follow Seller standards and moderation decisions.

We may update these draft terms as product and legal decisions are finalized. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised last-updated date.
